Job Description

Job Family Summary

 

The VSC Claims Department is a claim call center for Agents, Customers and Repair Facilities. Information gathered is documented to support claim adjudication and payment actions for VSC and Ancillary F&I products offered by ADS. Meeting customer service level metrics and accurate, timely payments are the primary goals.

 

Job Summary

 

Complete tasks related to VSC Claims payments to include indexing of payment documents, audit of payment documents and issuing of final payments to customers and dealers. Additional responsibilities include handling inbound calls related to claims payments and customer inquiries.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Index documents and distribute as needed within specified standards
  • Complete claim audits within specified standards
  • Complete claim payments accurately and within specified standards
  • Answer inbound claim payment and inquiry calls within specified standards
  • Complete other tasks as directed by management

Job Qualifications

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience

 

  • 2-4 years of automotive repair facility experience preferred
  • Knowledge of basic automotive repair terminology
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing extremely fast paced environment
  • Intermediate written and verbal communication skills
