Job Description

The change management lead will be responsible for driving cultural change and technology adoption for Workplace Technology Solutions (WTS) initiatives, an area within the Allstate Technology and Strategic Ventures organization.   WTS is responsible for enterprise wide end user platforms and devices, productivity and collaboration tools and support.  Key initiatives the change manager will be responsible for in 2018 include cultural change and user adoption of new capabilities being made available as employees migrate to Office 365.  Office 365 will significantly change the way employees work and collaborate across the enterprise, with change adoption being key to success.  Windows 10 migration is also a large initiative for WTS in 2018.

Job Qualifications

7+ years user change management experience driving cultural and technology change for large scale initiatives across a broad employee base. 

Leads, develops and delivers moderate to high complexity change management plans. May also lead and drive training and communication efforts as needed to drive desired change.
Proficient in change management methodologies and practices, with proven track record of practical application.  
Ability to convey technology changes and impacts to a variety of audiences of varying technical aptitude.   
Ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization and with team in different locations.  
Researches and recommends industry best practices.  
Oversees and/or gathers user adoption metrics and develops executive level analysis and summary of results.
Identifies and guides change management strategies and the development of change management activities.
Ability to understand customer user cases and adapt change practices accordingly.
Knowledge of O365 suite and experience managing end user computing technology changes a plus.
