Job Description
The TIBCO Application developer creates technical designs for complex projects and maintenance efforts by analyzing requirements and systems architecture, consulting with technology partners and validating tool standards. He/She reviews and evaluates mitigation efforts for design constraints and/or risks and leads design reviews to develop and support optimal IT solutions. 
The Application Developer produces TIBCO BW artifacts, develops and unit tests the code, supports QA and Performance testing efforts, executes / supports the Change and Release processes, and provides production operational support on deployments.
Must have 3+ yrs years of end to end, hands on design, development and implementation experience with enterprise application integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x, Administrator, HAWK, UNIX, Oracle 10g and EMS to be able to develop and support TIBCO BW applications.

The individual will be responsible for:
• Code Deployments following standard ITIL Change Management Practices
• Production Support and On-call rotation
• Participate in Rapid response to resolve issues experienced by EDMS
• Participation in Root Cause analysis post Rapid response call/ Incident tickets
• Must have excellent communication skills and be very self-motivated
• Collaborate effectively with other teams (internal and external) in a very dynamic environment
• The individual must have a demonstrated history of successfully working in a high-paced team environment
• Participation in Disaster Recovery exercises
• Provide technical leadership to the TIBCO developers on the team

Required Skills / Experience:
• 3+ years of related experience
• Expertise in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent technical, logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expertise and detailed knowledge of TIBCO Administrator, Business Works, XML technologies (XML, WSDL, XSD, XPath, XSLT), Web Services (SOAP and REST), Java and J2EE technologies
• Demonstrated ability to analyze technical information
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project/team leadership skills
• Knowledge of Change Control and ITIL Processes
• This individual must be willing to provide rotational Off-hours support (24 * 7)
• Exposure to EMS, HAWK and RVD
Computer Proficiency:
• TIBCO Business Works 5.x (including 5.2.1, 5.3.2 and potentially higher versions)
• TIBCO Admin 5.x
• TIBCO EMS 4.3 and higher
• TIBCO Hawk
• TIBCO RVD/RVRD (Rendezvous)
• Experience with the following technologies a plus
o Windows Server 2008 and higher
o Linux RHEL 5 and higher
o .Net
Insurance domain experience a plus.
Computer Proficiency: (computer skills needed to do the job)
Microsoft Office Suite
Education:    College degree
Major preference:  Information Systems or Computer Science
