Job Description

The Employee Recruiting Talent Acquisition team develops, directs, plans, and evaluates the external recruitment and/or internal transfer programs to satisfy the organization's staffing requirements. The Employee Recruiting Talent Acquisition team has a direct working relationship across all business areas and provides consulting services related to sourcing, researching, marketing, recruiting, screening candidates, interview management and recommendations to meet business area hiring goals. Talent Acquisition interprets internal or external business needs and recommends best practices.  The Talent Acquisition Employee Recruiting Team partners with HR Business Partners and business areas to develop and implement hiring goals and strategies.

The Diversity Recruiting Consultant will partner with the Diversity Recruiting Lead, Research, Employment branding, Recruiting Leads, Managers, HR Business Partners, Inclusive Diversity and Employee Resource Groups. They will develop, execute and operationalize tailored data driven strategies to find and grow diverse technical (agile coaches, AI automation managers, cyber security professionals, data analysts, developers, engineers, mobile architects, project managers, product managers, and scrum masters) talent.

 

The consultant will also partner with the Technology Diversity Recruiting Lead in creating and executing on strategy and tactics to continue to live into our values, while advancing supporting roadmaps, processes and relationships that will attract a sustainable diverse technology talent pipeline.

 

  • Cultivate and expand external relationships with diversity focused organizations, in partnership with Talent Acquisition and the Inclusive Diversity team
  • Develop and drive the execution of diversity recruiting strategy, to assist technology recruiters and sourcers in building a diverse technologist candidate pipeline
  • Advise business leaders and senior management on all diversity sourcing, pipeline, and staffing strategies
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Inclusive Diversity and Client Partnership to ensure that effective diversity talent acquisition practices are in place
  • Plan and execute technology diversity recruiting projects and events (job fairs, conferences, hackathons, meetups) to attract diverse talent
  • Measure and report out on the ROI on external partnerships and events to provide data-backed recommendations. 
  • Partner with employee resource groups to engage and attract underrepresented groups.

Job Qualifications

  • Results-driven, quick at adapting to a changing work environment and priorities
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR, Event Marketing/Planning, Project Management or a hybrid role
  • Preferred experience as a recruiter, technology sourcer, or in university recruiting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, and project planning tools
  • Intermediate-Advanced user of Applicant Tracking and Candidate Relationship Management Systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional client service focus
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time (50% during September-November)
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
