Job Description

The ETRM team requires support of a knowledgeable Environment Coordinator(EC) to manage and drive to resolution issues preventing progress of testing. The Environment Coordinator is required and expected to work alongside the development, testing, architecture and infrastructure teams in order to understand and manage the environments. Additionally, the EC will be expected to onboard new environments and services for monitoring to current tools leveraged by EC team. EC will serve as a liaison between multiple application teams to drive understanding, streamlining and clarity into required changes.

 High visibility role to support some of the most critical efforts in ATSV (Consumer Technology applications). The environment coordinator will work with a team of seasoned EC’s supporting Product Technology, Claims Technology, Consumer Technology, Ageny Solutions across multiple environments. Ideal candidate will have development or infrastructure background, great communication and organizational skills. Automation and Cloud experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Java and .NET application environments
  • Experience testing and developing web services: REST, SOAP
  • Knowledge of XML and XSLT data and processing tools
  • Be able to effectively debug code and configuration issues
  • Ability to engage with various stakeholders; QC, developers, system analysts, DBAs, business partners
  • Be able to communicate technical information clearly between diverse groups of technical and non-technical individuals
  • Have strong coordination skills
  • Be a team player
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Have good problem solving skills
