Job Description

Strategic Design & Client Services

  • Proactively seek and establish relationships with many federated learning & development teams throughout Business Units (such as: Sales, Claims, IT, Operations, International Teams) and other cross-functional teams to ensure that established learning practices and procedures are understood and supported consistently within the learning offerings
  • Lead the partners through solution design activities, including providing recommendations as well as multiple options for consideration. Create, educate and utilize tools to improve
  • Ensure the business strategies are thoroughly understood for each new learning offering and shared with other Enterprise Learning team members assisting in the later phases of program delivery..

 

Learning Technology

  • Through client consultation, analysis and design, apply and advocate in alignment with the determined enterprise learning governance around enterprise learning.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and identify opportunities for learning technology enhancements
  • Apply knowledge and acquired best practices to deliver orientation/training resources and answers to common questions for new users in the development of basic system expertise
  • Maintain close partnerships with the large group of LMS administrators (>500) distributed throughout the organization to ensure learning technologies are being used in an optimal way that achieves the local needs as well as is aligned to the enterprise direction
  • Develop materials, presentations, tutorials, job aids and exercises for LMS administrator and user training
  • Facilitate formal instructor-led training (virtually and in-person) for LMS administrators
  • Partner closely with the LMS system administrator to understand quarterly enhancements and break/fixes that are delivered
  • Proactively identify administrator knowledge gaps and facilitate broad re-training through supplementary instructor-led trainings (virtually and in-person)
  • Develop and apply learning measurement practices (surveys, exams, quizzes, etc.) to ensure LMS administrators have the knowledge, skills and abilities to enable their learning strategies using technologies
  • Assist in the advancement of learning best practices and development of advanced learning administration expertise across the enterprise through contributions to user group meetings, special training events, technology-based resource sites, etc.

Job Qualifications


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience
 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Management, Information Technology or related field preferred
 Experience: 1-2 years of equivalent experience, with demonstrated success in a client-facing consultant position
 Intermediate oral and written communication skills
 Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of business software, with an emphasis on Excel
 Knowledge of SAP, Success Factors or comparable HRIS, a plus
 Intermediate analytical skills
 Basic project management skills
 Understanding of HR strategies, policies and integration points
 Advanced time management skills including ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and organize
 Ability to establish, manage and leverage relationships with internal and external partners
 Innovative thinking and problem solving skills
 Ability to work independently, as well as within a team environment
 Flexibility and capability to perform in ambiguous situations
