Job Description

The role of the IDM engineer would be inclusive of user lifecycle management, creation of workflows and customization of IDM forms and client engagement for onboarding of applications.  The Identity Management Engineer who can effectively collaborate and act as a liaison with clients and technologies. This role requires extensive background and experience in software development as well as an ability to work as a team and ensure appropriate visibility, communication, and governance across key business partners and stakeholders. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IDM platform for internal, Consumer and Agency environments
  • Installation and configuration of IDM Solutions
  • Implement target system integration
  • Troubleshoot and support IDM applications and systems
  • Implement/Customize Workflows, Forms, Rules, Provisioning and Certifications
  • Document technical design, configuration and customization specification documents
  • Perform functional and technical requirements gathering and analysis for an enterprise wide identity & access management program.

Job Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in implementing enterprise identity management (Preferably SailPoint IdentityIQ)
  • 5 years of experience in Information Technology and SDLC processes 
  • 3-5 years of Java and SailPoint Beanshell development preferred
  • Working knowledge of Java, Webservices, SOAP, REST and SQL

Soft Skills:

  •  Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Work well under pressure and timelines to produce results
  •  Analytical skill set and insight for “connecting the dots” when troubleshooting application issues  via error messages, log reviews and anecdotal details provide

Experience/Education: 

  • A four-year degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or demonstrated work experience

Location:

  • Prefer candidates based in Irving TX, Charlotte NC, Tempe AZ. Open to remote candidates as well.
