Job Summary

As a Graphic Designer for Arity, you will work alongside the brand and sales marketing team to support all marketing and branding efforts. You will be responsible for creation of assets including but not limited to event signage, environmental graphics, branded swag, web and social assets, email campaigns, presentations, and other various marketing-related materials

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for design and production of and social media assets, print materials, email campaigns, sales presentations and other various marketing-related materials
  • Work closely with marketing and sales enablement team on style and approach to develop product and company literature and other communication tools
  • Understand and interpret brand, user and business needs in order to develop innovative, creative, and results-oriented digital solutions
  • Prioritize work to consistently meet deadlines for upcoming meetings/deliverables, while demonstrating poise, understanding, and tact when working on a deadline
  • Brainstorm big ideas in a group setting and express your opinion
  • Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
  • Is open to feedback and engages in active listening
  • Motivated to continuously learn new skills and capabilities that they do not currently possess

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of design experience in a collaborative environment (print and digital)
  • Bachelors degree in visual or graphic design, BA in related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver)
  • Highly proficient in presentation software like Keynote and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience with major social media platforms
  • Ability and flexibility to work on multiple projects with hard deadlines and short turnarounds
  • Advanced design, layout, color and typographic skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the company in a professional manner
  • Problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills
  • Self-motivated, attention to detail and able to handle multiple projects with ability to organize and prioritize
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-caliber visual communication, web and mobile design
  • Proven ability to work within brand guidelines to create compelling visual solutions
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills


Bonus Skills

  • Experience with multimedia design, video, motion graphics and audio editing
  • Web Responsive and Native Mobile app design tools: Sketch, InVision, Zeplin
  • Front-end coding skills (CSS, HTML, JavaScript)
