Job Family Summary

The Enterprise Learning Team is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide Learning processes and programs. The team informs and leads the enterprise in all aspects of Learning processes, policies, communications and technology/systems. The team also works with and integrates processes and initiatives within Leadership Development, Talent Management (career development), and Energy for Life. Through collaboration and consulting with Talent and Leadership Effectiveness team members, business clients, HR Business Partners, and other HR resources, the Enterprise Learning Team is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing strategic enterprise learning solutions that are aligned with business unit strategies and enterprise-wide talent objectives.


Job Summary

The Learning Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all delivery related logistics for all enterprise wide workshops, which includes both Instructor Led and Virtual workshops and Leadership Development Programs. The ideal candidate is an energetic, forward-thinking and a creative individual with high ethical standards. The Learning Coordinator’s roles requires the ability to work quickly and efficiently on several projects at one time, is results orientated, has strong time management skills and works enthusiastically in a constantly changing environment. The position entails considerable interaction with clients, team members and other departments from the field as well as outside vendors to work with on the phone and onsite. Attention to detail and accuracy is of the utmost importance.  The individual participates as a member of a team to assist in the delivery of routine and/or innovative solutions that support the enterprise learning delivery processes.  Completes basic assignments, coordinates activities, and impacts project and team results.


Key Responsibilities


Training Delivery Support

Coordinate all aspects, planning and support for workshops, programs and/or events:

  • Equipment & room scheduling
  • Facilitator scheduling
  • Material production and shipping
  • On-Site delivery support
  • Training/event session logistics
  • Classroom setup and management
  • Roster management
  • Learner communications
  • Hotel & catering logistics management
  • Virtual producer services for webcasts


Client Services

  • Build relationships with a broad range of stakeholder groups to provide on-going support and consultation

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: 3-5 years of equivalent experience, in a similar position with demonstrated success
  • Intermediate oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of business software, MS Word and MS Excel Proficiency required
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented , collaborative environment
  • Advanced time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks conforming to shifting priorities, demands and timelines 
  • Ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Basic project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly detailed oriented
  • Ability to establish, manage and leverage relationships with internal and external partners
  • Innovative thinking and problem solving skills
  • Flexibility and capability to perform in ambiguous situations
