Job Description

The successful applicant will carry out an application development role within the Voice Application Development team. 

This role is for an experienced application developer, who will be involved in developing, supporting and maintaining a collection of vXML IVR applications within the Enterprise and Voice REST and SOAP services. 

Hours of Work:

Standard; Monday- Friday

Full Time Role Only

Essential Criteria

  • Must have good attendance and a clean disciplinary record;
  • Have a minimum of 12 months Voice experience;
  • Have strong knowledge in application development software language skills;
  • Have knowledge of the full SDLC using SCRUM agile methodologies;
  • Have solid understanding of test driven development, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory;
  • Have strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Have the ability to multi task and be a self-starter; and
  • Knowledge of Java, Javascript, including Web Services- REST API, SOAP API.


The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
