Job Description

The Learning and Development – Expert develops, directs, plans and evaluates learning and development training programs and activities to meet organizational requirements.  Assessment of needs and development of learning plans, content, processes, and systems in response to organizational learning needs.  Manages learning projects of critical importance, implements strategic change, and develops innovative solutions and systems to support strategic business unit objectives.

The focus of this position will be on training technical talent such as developers and product owners on a variety of tools and technologies but primarily the Universal Application, Python, security, and data & analytics software. It may also extend to training on a variety of processes as well as executive training.

In this role the person may have to partner with HR, and internal advocacy groups to tailor training to specific needs within the organization.

Job Qualifications

10-15 years of prior learning and development experience, primarily within a technology setting.

Experience developing coursework geared towards a technical audience: developer, systems, and business analysts.

Hands-on experience with e-learning software creation tools and capabilities


The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
