Job Description

ADS Business Operations performs business processing functions needed for all ADS product lines.  Scope of work includes but is not limited to: account & rate setups and maintenance, contract entry & exception processing, and inbound/outbound call center services.  Primary customers include Agents, B2B Administrators, Dealers and Consumers.

 

Job Summary

The Producer Setup Associate is responsible for new dealer setup, dealer account maintenance and fielding internal and external account phone/email inquiries and/or work requests.  This role is fast paced and customer focused. This position requires extensive critical thinking and independent research skills with the ability to apply findings to resolve business issues. Due to the financial impacts associated with this role, accurate and timely completion of work is critical. The scope of work includes 1) ensuring all contracts received from external customers and business partners are accurately documented and include all necessary documentation to complete system configuration, and 2) correctly configuring the applicable administration systems with the contract information within required timeframes. When needed, the Producer Setup Associate coordinates with internal teams such as Sales, Product and Risk to finalize a setup 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure incoming work is accurate, complete and correctly configured in all applicable administration systems within required timeframes
  • Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies in ADS requirements verses documents provided.
  • Ensure processing timelines are consistently met
  • Ensure quality standards are met on a monthly basis
  • Monitor incoming work request queues & route work to team members
  • Provide accurate and complete account status updates to management and applicable internal/external customers (e.g., Agents, Sales team) in a timely manner
  • Respond/resolve incoming telephone, email, and fax inquiries and/or work requests
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Job Qualifications

  • Basic Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Excellent phone presence and customer service skills
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Solid data entry skills with high degree of accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to research issues & find appropriate solutions based on research
  • Ability to effectively perform in a high pressure, high work volume environment
  • Ability to work in multiple systems
  • Ability to interpret and effectively articulate complicated business issues
  • High School Diploma required
  • College experience preferred
