Job Family Summary 
Human Resources Client Partnership provides day-to-day HR support to the organization.  This work is both strategic and operational in nature, and is done in collaboration and consultation with business unit/client leadership.  This work includes the development, implementation and monitoring of a variety of programs/initiatives within a business unit/client.  Examples of this work would include recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, equal pay, diversity, etc.
Job Summary
The HR Client Partnership Associate Manager role supports the business, consulting with specific business leaders and their teams. This position provides support to the HR Business Partner. This position may lead a small team of HR professionals. In addition to building relationships and developing an extensive understanding of the business, the HR Associate Manager collaborates with a team of HR functional experts to implement Human Capital solutions designed to support the achievement of enterprise goals.
Works with internal and external resources to manage large projects within the multiple work streams listed below.
Builds relationships with client groups and provide on-going consultation.  Actively work with business partners, Client Partnership and HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to ensure that Client Partnership practices are understood and supported.  Actively participate in the delivery of core Client Service initiatives.  Also work with client to gain in depth knowledge of client business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Human Capital Planning – allocate and deploy human capital to maximize talent investment and drive superior execution
Support Client Partnership leaders with workforce planning for all clients
Analyze data and oversee specific action plans
Where applicable acts as the recruiting lead of the client team; may support agent recruiting plans
Talent Management – attract, develop, motivate and retain key talent to support business growth imperatives in conjunction with the human capital plan
Support talent assessment and development processes, leading data collection efforts and supporting and/or facilitating appropriate talent meetings
Partner with the Client Partnership Manager and business leadership team to drive talent management and employee engagement
Conduct strategic conversations, act as a consultant and oversee HR process execution strategy and execution oversight (performance management deadlines, salary planning, education and training, talent assessment guidelines and deadlines, VOICE preparation and action planning, etc.)
People Consulting – develop strategic business cases and analyses to support business decisions
Build and maintain effective relationships with client group and leadership; provide HR consultation and recommendations to mid-level/upper-level client leadership
Act as a resource to all organizational levels; anticipate client's needs and build necessary tools and communications
Support change management efforts by developing change plans and communications as it relates to business strategy changes impacting jobs or any HR process changes
Partner with clients on execution of workforce transitions
Provide clients with coaching, training and guidance on Company policies and procedures, compliance, market practices, etc.

Job Qualifications


  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources
  • Professional with strong organizational, communication and administrative skills
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of business software preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP preferred
  • Ability to facilitate development workshops
  • Ability to think strategically, conceptually, analytically and creatively
  • Strong project management skills
  • Advanced time management skills including ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and organize
  • Demonstrated clear, concise and effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish, manage and leverage relationships with internal and external partners
  • Ability to analyze data and apply it to complex problem resolution
