Job Description

Protection Finance works across multiple areas to provide critical information that drives optimal business performance. We recommend creative solutions that guide strategies and improve operational results. Our work includes assisting in the timely reporting, planning, development, coordination and maintenance of programs to support agency owners.

 

Job Summary

As a part of the Lending Connection family you will be responsible for tasks associated with our agents and their lenders. You will be assigned projects as necessary to support the development of the team. As a contributor to the team your input on key initiatives will be vital to diagnose potential issues for prompt corrective action. Advanced communication skills are necessary to ensure you maintain the credibility and reputation of high quality service we provide our internal and external customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Program Analysis & Process Design/ Improvement

  • With direction you will participate and contribute to the Allstate Lending Connection® on program tasks that are up to moderate complexity and are small to moderate scope using accepted project management standards
  • Ensures project controls are in place throughout the lifecycle of the project on individually assigned tasks
  • Develop program goals, and communication direct leadership
  • Compiles statistical data as it relates to programs, projects and processes
  • Supports the design of new plans, programs, and processes up to moderate complexity
  • You will contribute it the evaluation of procedures and processes
  • Understands internal and external compliance requirements/standards

 

Communication Management

  • Required to manage and organize daily communications to agents, lenders, and internal customers. Notifies individuals of and monitors the cutoff/due dates for the completion and submission of materials
  • Edits and proofreads materials for accuracy in content as well as spelling, punctuation, and grammar
  • Designs/updates forms. Composes standard correspondences (routine memos and letters). Writes, updates brochures, booklets, manuals, instructions or bulletins
  • Attends meetings and expo events to provide routine information (employee information, department reviews)

 

Job Qualifications

  • Dedication to positive customer service
  • Continually seeks opportunities for learning and development within their respective discipline(s)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Intermediate ability to build reports using a variety of tools (i.e.; Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related area
  • Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
  • Travel: You may travel less than 5% for vendor fairs.
