Job Description


The Project Coordinator is for supporting program analysis and all administrative aspects of a large program to include financial modeling, reporting and scheduling. This position is critical to the success of large programs and interacts directly with the Project Management Office (PMO) and Program Leadership Teams.


Job Summary
We are currently in need of an experienced and professional Project Coordinator to join our expanding Program support team. As a member of the PMO, this position is a key member of the team responsible for program analysis and support. The role is a direct contributor to successful program delivery.

Job Description


Key Responsibilities

• Ability to take lead on critical program processes as defined by leadership
• Assist in maintaining project schedules, goals and communications
• Assist in tracking program status and schedules
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, and documentation for program team and all levels of management
• Assist with program documentation on SharePoint project site
• Organize and facilitate program recurring meetings and associated agendas
• Assist the program leadership team with relevant coordination activities

Job Qualifications



Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience



• 2+ years’ experience in PMO with a large firm or equivalent senior level administrative experience in a matrixed environement
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Highly motivated, self-starter with strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently while still being an integral part of a team
• Advance skill level in MS Excel
• Advance skill level in MS PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of MS Project preferred
