Job Description

Talent Acquisition develops, directs, plans, and evaluates the external recruitment and/or internal transfer programs to satisfy the organization's staffing requirements. The Talent Acquisition team has a direct working relationship across all business areas and provides consulting services related to sourcing, researching, marketing, recruiting, screening candidates, interview management and recommendations to meet business area hiring goals.  Talent Acquisition interprets internal or external business needs and recommends best practices. 


The Talent Acquisition Infrastructure Services Team provides operational and infrastructure support to the talent acquisition organization and field recruiting teams to enable successful sourcing and acquisition of high caliber talent across the enterprise.


The Talent Acquisition Metrics & Analytics Consultant assembles and develops consistent standard metric reports and ad-hoc business analysis reports at the request of business leaders. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy of data management, evaluates the integrity of the data, records and generates reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, and shares reports accordingly with leaders. Updates and reviews departmental budget by generating monthly reports on actual versus planned expense. The role will assist on assembling critical data that will be used to develop trend, forecast analysis, operational effectiveness studies, and process effectiveness. The role will help maintain consistent business metrics, operational reports, and analytics for the TA organization which will help inform TA leaders on operational efficiencies, business process effectiveness, and identify solutions for business risk mitigation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Performs activities related to data gathering and assembling operational reports while responding to basic to moderate ad hoc requests
  • Builds and maintains reports within Talent Acquisition tools (CRM, ATS, etc)
  • Data gathering and ensuring the integrity of data from internal and external sources
  • Uses human capital planning to glean critical metrics from the reports
  • Analyzes data and make business interpretations to drive decisions, improve processes and identify needs of / opportunities for department/client group
  • Brings creativity and “outside-the-box” thinking with regard to recommendations based on findings from analyses
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition to provide coaching and consulting based on analyses focused on business strategies and their implications
  • Provides consulting based on best practices, benchmarks and statistical analyses
  • Furthers departmental knowledge through strategic workforce planning methodologies, research, and internal/external benchmarking
  • Serves on or lead project teams within Talent Acquisition
  • Develops strong relationship management with TA leaders


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong math or business analytic skills
  • 2-4 years of reporting experience; recruiting experience a plus
  • Experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools or Tableau a plus
  • Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to communicate proactively and consistently with clients at all levels across the enterprise
  • Accuracy and quality driven
  • Intermediate consultation skills
  • Strong work ethic with commitment to high performance, quality and service excellence
  • Relationship management / interpersonal skills
  • Personal initiative (high level of motivation/self-starter; ability to work independently as well as on teams)
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of business software, including Excel, Access
  • Proficiency in implementing and delivering new programs and initiatives
  • Strong project and time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and organize
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Basic business operation skills
