Job Description

Design and develop the strategies necessary to ensure Agency Operations is best able to drive the agency value proposition, enable the customer value proposition and provide maximum value to agency owners as small business owners. Additionally, provide support to the planning and execution of those strategies.

 

Analyze components of sales programs and processes to support individual business function objectives.  Also provides support within subject matter expertise for Agency Operations, Sales, and across the enterprise for field focused initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • As directed, contributes to project milestones to achieve plan objectives
  • As directed, supports the development/design of new plans, programs & processes of simple complexity
  • Analyzes data as it relates to programs, projects and processes
  • Manipulates large data sets to analyze performance and identify opportunities
  • Deepens understanding within functional area to support continuous improvement with sales processes & programs
  • Plans, implements, and manages small projects
  • Assists with the coordination, integration, and delivery of planned changes/projects/ programs to regions/field

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • 1-2 years’ experience
  • Building knowledge of the agency distribution channel
  • Building project management skills
  • Building stronger communication skills including written and oral
  • Building presentation skills and persuasion skills
  • Building working knowledge of processes, policies, and procedures relevant to Agency Operations
  • Experience working with basic Excel spreadsheet formulae preferred
  • Strong intellectual curiosity with ability to focus it on business problems and analytical efforts
  • Has the ability to solve routine problems following established policies and procedures
