Job Description

The Quality Assurance Sr. Associate will provide an in depth assessment for production functions and incorporate necessary financial and non-financial controls as defined by internal audit. The production level module is to identify and recommend to management opportunities for process improvement from the trends and data that are collected through the quality audit process.

Job Responsibilities for the (QA) Quality Assurance Associate include:

  • Conducting QA audits for the Operations Business Units which  have downstream financial impacts
  • Reporting, analyzing, and making suggestions to processes and procedures to improve Operations efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy
  • Providing reporting statistics to managers based on audits preformed to allow mangers to effectively performance manage their employees  
  • Creating best practices, process maps, establish standards for scoring, consult with management and support business units

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of Operations or Quality Assurance experience in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word and Outlook required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Advanced interpersonal, time management, documentation, organizational, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Analytical and problem solving skills required to interpret a wide range of information and use their findings to make proposals, recommendations for improvement
  • Demonstrated outstanding leadership skills that facilitate teamwork, mentorship, and accomplishment of team goals
  • Solid experience in meeting with internal and external auditors
  • Strong multi-tasking and analytical/troubleshooting skills
  • Exceptional ability to communicate findings and develop action plans supporting resolution
  • Recommended (but not required) proficiency in the following systems:
    • SalesForce
    • OnBase
    • Service Contract System (SCS)
    • Credit Management System (CMS)
